February cake: cookie dough truffles!



What could possibly be more amazing? Cookie dough dipped in chocolate! Whoa. With the topping of your choosing? Here's the recipe. So simple and if you are one to worry about the raw egg, don't — the recipe is gluten, dairy and egg free! Brilliant!!! Make them and enjoy, then make more and send them to me. wink, wink.

Oh yeah, those still look yummy. I'm go to make some of those and leave them in the freezer for when I get a craving!
